Garden Wesak – A Celebration of Interconnectedness & Enlightenment
Date: 12 May 2025 Time: 9am to 2.00pm
Garden Wesak embodies the harmony of nature and all living beings, reminding us of the Buddha’s teachings on impermanence and interconnectedness. Just as flowers bloom and wither, life ebbs and flows, offering beauty and wisdom in every moment.
Walking through the lush garden, we encounter symbols of the path to enlightenment:
Seven Lotuses toward the Bodhi Tree represent the Seven Factors of Enlightenment
Eight Lotuses around the Bodhi Tree symbolize the Noble Eightfold Path
Ten Buddhist Flags around the Bodhi Tree signify the Ten Perfections
Through mindfulness and compassion, we honor Wesak in unity with nature.
