8-Week Zoom-Based MINDFULGym by Dr. Phang Cheng Kar


This is a FREE secular mindfulness-based program delivered via Zoom by Dr. Phang in English. It's for those who can commit to 8-weekends (2 hours) of online classes. You need to complete Part 1 (April) before joining Part 2 (June). If you can't commit to 8 weekends of training, you can attend a recorded brief 2-hour workshop on YouTube:

Registration is on a first-come-first-serve basis. Due to Zoom limitation, we'll only accept 100 participants. Kindly ensure you can attend all 4 sessions (Part 1) before signing up for the program. The Zoom link, ID & password will be provided before each class starts.

  • Mindful Body Stretching: Relaxing The Body

Week 2:

  • Awareness of SAD (Stress, Anxiety & Depression)

  • Mindful Breathing: Calming The Mind

Week 3:

  • Multitasking, Mindful-PDF & NOW-ing: Focusing Attention

  • Mindful-STOP: Contacting The Present Moment

Week 4:

  • Butterfly Hug & Kindful Breathing: Soothing The Mind

  • Kindful Healing Hand: Soothing The Body
