Facilitated by LOW MI YEN
Organized by THERAVADA BUDDHIST COUNCIL OF MALAYSIA
Scientific research in mindfulness and compassion shows that by developing a regular practice, we rewire our brains & support ourselves in finding new ways to respond to challenges in life. During this pandemic, we are in much more need of rest, restoration, renewal instead of reacting, refusing, resisting, the rapid changes, stresses, and anxieties pervasive during times of uncertainty. Come and join us in this 8-weeks/hours mindfulness and compassion program as a basic foundation for self-care and enhance wellbeing. This program is also open to Hearing-Impaired Community.
