Journey to Enlightenment
2-day Meditation Retreat with Bhante Akāliko

1st Day (08/11/22) - 8.00am - 10.00pm
2nd Day (09/11/22) - 8.00am - 5.00pm

Sometimes the goal of enlightenment can feel out of reach, and we lose confidence in our practice. However, the Buddha described the path to Nibbana as a gradual process that takes lifetimes, so how can we prioritise this journey more in our daily life without losing sight of the destination?

Join Bhante Akāliko for a 2-day meditation retreat and learn how to develop a daily practice that keeps our momentum moving towards enlightenment.

How to Heal Your Hate and Be Happy
Sometimes life can leave scars in our heart that make us hurt and unhappy. If we are not careful, strong emotions like resentment and hatred can overwhelm us and destroy our peace and happiness.

25 Nov Dhamma Talk
Keeping Things in Perspective
The Buddha revealed a vast view of the universe, including immense time scales, various realms of existence and countless rebirths. Yet, when we encounter difficulties in life, we sometimes get overwhelmed and lose sight of the bigger picture. How can we re-frame our problems?
