Venerable Jutipañño Mahāthero at Sri Lanka Buddhist Temple

Venerable Jutipañño Mahātherogave a Dhamma Talk in Chineseat Sri Lanka Buddhist Temple, Sentul, KLon Monday 18th November 2013 at 8.30pm.More than 40 devottees attended the Dhamma Sharing titled  '您是佛教徒吗？/ 佛教徒所应具备的基本素'( 'Are you a Buddhist ? / The Basic Quality That A Buddhist Should Carry Along. ' ), which ended with a long Question and Answer session, with many taking the opportunity to clear their doubts. Sis. Liang M.L. , an Exco member of Theravada Buddhist Council of Malaysia, was the MC for the session and  introduced Venerable Jutipañño Mahāthero to the devottees.About Venerable :Venerable Jutipañño Mahāthero is a Malaysian Buddhist monk. He received his higher ordination (Upasampada) in 1991 at Wat Bhodhisampan, Narkleur, Chonburi, Thailand.His Preceptor is Phraku Pañña Pathanaporn. He trained under Arcariya Phraku Somchat Dhamma Joto for a period of six years and stayed in Thailand for a duration of eight years.He returned to Malaysia in the year of 2000, and established Dhamma Light Meditation Centre at Api-Api, Pontian, Johor, Malaysia, and is its current abbot.In 2013, he consented to be on the Monastic Advisory Panel of the Theravāda Buddhist Council of Malaysia. - Posted by CFFong
