BUDDHIST COMMUNITY PEOPLE ENGAGEMENT WORKSHOP
BUDDHIST COMMUNITY ALLIANCE organised a People Engagement Workshop on 9th November 2013 at Kinrara Metta Buddhist Society (KMBS). The Workshop included the BCA member organisations as well as Subang Jaya Buddhist Association, Shah Alam Buddhist Society, Mudita Buddhist Society (Klang), Bandar Utama Buddhist Society, and Theravada Buddhist Council of Malaysia.Bro. Tan Huat Chye facilitated the Workshop.The Buddhist Community Alliance (BCA) is a cooperative alliance comprising five societies in the South Klang Valley, namely the BMSM Kajang Buddhist Center (Kajang), Kinrara Metta Buddhist Society (Puchong), Seremban Sudhamma Buddhist Society (Seremban), Sungai Long Buddhist Society (Bandar Sungai Long, Selangor) and Nalanda Buddhist Society Malaysia.BCA was formally launched by leaders of the five member organizations on 1 May 2010. Each member society takes turn to chair the BCA Coordination (Steering) Committee for a six-month period.
